The Last Start isn’t designed to squeeze as much weight loss as possible out of 30 days.

- let you experience coaching without a long contract or sizeable price tag
- give you clarity about what actually works for weight loss instead of another rule set
- allow you to feel confident continuing with or without me

 

Some people use The Last Start as a standalone reset.

Others continue straight into The LNA Method once they feel ready.
